TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFO SURROUNDING OUR SALE - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ PRIOR TO SHOPPING :)

- All sales are final - We cannot amend, change, add to, or cancel your order. Any orders placed prior to the sale cannot be discounted.

- Emails / chat / socials - will be unavailable during this period. Unless your query is completely unrelated, then we will not be responding to any queries surrounding our sale, even if it relates to an order placed. All the info you need is provided for you, please be mindful of just how much time emails can take away from dispatching orders, and it is simply not possible for us anymore to keep up with the correspondence during these periods, all the info is here for you :)

- Returns / exchanges - We will not be offering any exchanges on orders with 30% or more discount. ONLY SIZE EXCHANGE will be offered IF available on products with a 20% discount or less, at the full cost of the customer. Please ensure you email the returns team as per normal, prior to shipping back and be mindful of delays during this period.

- Dispatch times - it can take up to 10 business days, sometimes more during these periods. Please be patient, your order will get to you, but we will not be responding to " where is my order" queries, as these take up a great deal of time for us, and it will only delay your order more. Please show patience and understanding. Any rude demands or threats of any kind, your order will be cancelled and you will have an immediate ban from our store.

IF you want it quickly - please select ' jump the queue' which is an express priority method. We are not responsible for missing an event, all the info is provided here for you, and we can only do what we can do during this period

- Addresses - we cannot amend any wrong addresses input. Please check your order carefully, once it is placed, it cannot be changed. You will unfortunately have to contact the postal service to arrange a redirection.

- No discount codes or credits can be applied to our sale products.
